About Me 

I’m a product design leader and builder with over fifteen years of experience across startups, scale-ups, and public companies. I care deeply about the intersection of design, technology, and business, and I’m at my best when turning ambiguous ideas into real products that people actually use.

I’ve led and scaled design teams across multiple countries, partnered closely with product and engineering leadership, and helped teams navigate complexity, growth, and change. A consistent theme in my work is creating clarity: in problem spaces, in decision-making, and in how teams collaborate so they can do strong, focused work.

Alongside leadership, I remain hands-on where it matters. I enjoy shaping early concepts, facilitating design and strategy sessions, and working through trade-offs with teams. In recent years, that’s included returning to building and shipping new products, particularly exploring how AI is changing how we design, build, and discover software.

I’m motivated by thoughtful ambition, strong craft, and environments where curiosity, pace, and trust matter. I enjoy working with people who care about what they’re making and why it matters.
